Drain plugs
Does anyone know of a source for floorboard drain plugs that automatically
allow the water to drain out, yet minimizing water & dust re-entry? My oldest FSJ's had them - a rubber plug with a split hole in the center and a fiber "stopper". I assume the Safety Nazis have outlawed them because they can allow fumes into the car, which seems pointless in a YJ. -- Dana "It's clearly a budget. It's got a lot of numbers in it." - G.W. Bush |
Re: Drain plugs
I run with mine out all the time. It gets rained on too much for me to put
them in. Ebay has some for sale all the time but I've never seen the ones that you're talking about. -- 2CJs '82 258 CJ-7 O|||||||O http://arvin.homestead.com/files/websignature.jpg http://users.mo-net.com/arvin "Dana Rohleder" <boreal@charter.net> wrote in message news:vjdi8u1luft92d@corp.supernews.com... > Does anyone know of a source for floorboard drain plugs that automatically > allow the water to drain out, yet minimizing water & dust re-entry?
