Dipstick tube?
Is there a rubber o ring or something that goes in the block where the
dipstick tube enters on a 304? I just ordered and installed the dipstick tube - it didn't come with a seal or anything. Where can I get one if required? Would the standard autozone have it or maybe the dealer? -- _____________________ HomeBrewer 85CJ7 (in Progress) http://85cj7.blogspot.com/ 99XJ Sport Remove the xxx to reply! |

It will go in easier if you put the tube in the freezer for a half hour or so. -- -- DougW -- 93 ZJ 4.0 http://members.cox.net/wilsond HESCO Supercharger - 300W IASCA Stereo - Edelbrock IAS Shocks Gibson Exhaust - rear DCpower - custom gauge install - Stillen Rotors Banks Header - and BEER, in the fridge! |

A little BG-Weld doesn't hurt either.

Prolly not, but if you ever want to take it out again it might be better to use loctite 515 or 518 instead of epoxy. :) >> HomeBrewer did pass the time by typing: >>> Is there a rubber o ring or something that goes in the block where the >>> dipstick tube enters on a 304?
