Difference in Quality in U-Bolts on a Lift Kit

Well, they did it to me again. After giving them the exact measurments on
my CJ U-Bolts they sent me another set of the exact same wrong size that
they originally sent me!!! I wasted a week waiting for these things and now
I have to wait again. I'm extremely pissed to say the least.

So I call Deaver Spring in Santa Ana as Robert Bills suggested and they
charge 60.00 for the set and the fellow there said the quality will be
better than what I get with the kit. Can anyone tell me the difference in
quality between the two U-Bolts. Deaver said I would be getting about a
Grade 2 from the kit people and he would provide me with a Grade 5.

Would the grade that I get from the Superlift kit ever bend or stretch out?
Has anyone ever had this happen to them?

Thanks,

bill

The u-bolts and hardware you will get from Deaver Spring are superior to the
stuff from Superlift, and will fit. Go to Deaver.

I seriously doubt you are getting a Grade 2 ubolt for an automotive
application. If the ubolts fit the plate, then they are the right size. I
got my springs from 4WheelParts Wholesalers, and the ubolts are the right
size. And, they are in Irvine, not far from you.
