Death wobbles 2

i have a 1996 jeep grand cheeroke....And for some reason every time i hit a
bump in the road it goes to shaking like a washing machine with combat
boots in it i have checked everything short of a full tear down which i
haven't the money nor the time to do.....i have replaced both calipers and
pads and still having trouble with it the only thing i can think of is the
TRACK BAR and stabilizer shock the track bar is loose on one side but i
can't get it to tighten up any more than it already is i need help with
this one guys please help out any way you can
