I have thirty-two "Cranks" in the filter I use. They don't always put
"Goat" or "Bill" in the subject line. I just have OE mark them as already
read. I figure that whoever they are, their unhealthy obsession with Bill
is punishment enough.

My filter setup checks both sender and subject. Haven't figured out how
to filter on the message body yet.

No offense to Billy Ray, he is just an innocent bystander. Suppose I
could put in an exception for him but the logic gets a bit convoluted.
