compression test question
I have a GM style HEI distributor and was going to perform a
compression test to check the status of my 258. Do I just have to disconnect the supply wire to prevent any damage to the distributor? Thanks Brad. |
Re: compression test question
Brad,
You don't need to disconnect the distributor, as it won't hurt it to crank the engine with it sparking, but for safety reasons it may be a good idea.
