CJ vs YJ Springs
 

I've been hearing that YJ springs are a better ride and more durable than
stock CJ springs. Can anyone give me some feedback if this is true and why.

If it is true would it behoove me to convert to YJ springs before I get a
lift?

I don't think so at all. Your lift will most likely replace your spring
packs anyway.

YJ springs are more flexible, therefore a better ride. They are no more
durable than CJ springs, and maybe tend to wrap more. CJ springs will hold
arch better, where YJ's tend to sit more flat.

YJ springs are more flexible, therefore a better ride. They are no more
durable than CJ springs, and maybe tend to wrap more. CJ springs will hold
arch better, where YJ's tend to sit more flat.
