Blue smoke, let me back up
 

Ok, I have my emotional post out. Let me back up and evaluate.

Please check my logic.

Blue smoke = Burning oil.

Burning oil can come from:

1. Valve stems leaking oil down.
2. Rings leaking oil up.

Ok, so far?

Tests:

1. Compression test for the cylinder to check the rings.
2. Valves? How can I test those.
