Universal means have a drill motor ready to drill holes in your tub. I find
it hard to believe that they can sell a "quality" relining seat for that
kind of money. Personally I would check online for some reviews on their
seat and see if anyone has had problems with them. Also, make sure they are
comfortable if you have a sample seat to sit in. I've gone through the
buying cheap seats to save a few bucks in the past and believe me, its not
worth it.
