Haha, Earle! I like the opening to that video. Actually, I was referring
to a line in The Blues Brothers in response to Bill's description. :)

Just be careful. I've run into the same kind before. They wound up
examining the headers of some of my posts and found out where I worked
and contacted the human resources department and tried to have me
fired. Usenet can be a very unfriendly, unfair place. I have a wife
and four kids to support. It would have been a shame if I had gotten
fired over a flame war, but fortunately my employer took the time to
look into the incident and found out that the person who reported me
was just as guilty as I was about contributing to the flame-fest in
question. I was "warned" to be more careful in the future, but
encouraged to continue in my hobbies (automobiles in general) and was
also told that the work I do after hours more than makes up for any
time I might spend during the day responding to some posts on usenet.
Life goes on.

Well.....

Man oh man.

Being a kid isn't any real excuse for going after someone's living or
money in pocket, that's just down right dirty.

I am disappointed, I thought he was starting to clue in to the
atmosphere and reality in this Jeep group.

If you can't take a ribbing for dumb statements, then you should put the
newsgroups away and come back out and play when you grow up.

Oh well, my opinion for one has changed, so if that was his intent, he
got it right.
