'98 TJ Door Panel

The driver's side outside door handle broke and I had the local delaer
fix it. HOWEVER, when they put the panel back on the panel closest to
the dash seems about 1/4" to 1/2" higher than the back of the panel.

Is there an adjustment or did some grease monkey not get all the clips
snapped in, etc??

The passenger door panel is level along the whole length of the window.
And of course the dealer thinks I'm nuts.

The gap between the black triangle and the panel is now covered up, and
the torx screw in the inner door handle is NOT seated in the recessed
screw circle.

Is it me or the schmuck that doesn't want to fix my door panel???!!!

Hopefully they didn't break anything, when they tried to jam your door panel
on crooked.
