try oil on the joint on the 4 wheel shift rod that goes between the transfer
case and the floor pan . Could be one of the bushings in your control arms. Put the jeep on a flat
surface in 4lo and first gear. With the engine off lay under the vehicle and have a friend or two rock the jeep forward and back. Look at all the rubber bushings in the control arms...there should be little to no movement in the bushing from this small amount of force. Also check the track bars for movement while your down there.
