Wrap a bit of string around the bar, mark where it crosses, then hold it against a ruler. 4wheel parts has good information and has been a source for me on those things. Some reading. Just got motor mount from them at about 20$ less each than the local dealer. -- -- DougW -- 93 ZJ 4.0 http://members.cox.net/wilsond HESCO Supercharger - 300W IASCA Stereo - Edelbrock IAS Shocks Gibson Exhaust - rear DCpower - custom gauge install - Stillen Rotors Banks Header - and BEER, in the fridge! |

Re: 98 GC Ltd 5.9 Sway Bar Specs
Hi Bob,
Every car's sway bar is built especially for that application, whether you intend to pull a trailer, or to compensate for the differences in weight between a V8 and six, that's why the part's man had to ask. So find something like a crescent, clamp, or anything that'll a distance long enough to measure: http://www.----------.com/caliber.jpg God Bless America, ßill O|||||||O mailto:-------------------- Bob Snyder wrote: > > What is the sway bar diameter on this vehicle? > > The dealer wants way too much for the chshions but the aftermarket guys > can't seem to tell me what size bar I have. > > Thanks in advance. > > Bob |
