'98 GC 5.9 windows quit working today....help?
The only window that works is the right front window, which only works with its
own switch. None of the other windows work with any switch. Any there any known common problems with the windows? Thanks! KennyH Horsepower is cheaper than therapy. |

'Course, a $50,000 Top Fuel engine could blow up in two seconds. There are lots of people in therapy who blow up too. KennyH Horsepower is cheaper than therapy. |

Re: '98 GC 5.9 windows quit working today....help?
How nice it must be to have the funds to click "add to cart" under a new $15K
hemi to bolt into......whatever you feel like. Anyway, I removed the door panel and wiggled the plug into the door switches and PRESTO! They work again. We'll see how long before they fail. I've read about possible switch panel problems with cracks in the printed circuit on it. Hope it's not that. Don't want to spend the money. KennyH Horsepower is cheaper than therapy. |

Next time your in there use some contact cleaner (keep it off the paint though) and then coat the metal with dilectric grease. That will keep the rustbunnies away. > Horsepower is cheaper than therapy. Not this. http://www.autoend.com/murcielago/ This is however. :( http://www.wreckedexotics.com/murcielago/ -- DougW |
