I've never heard of the term rebuild kit in relation to gears, it's been small parts kit, seal kit, gaskets, otherwise it's been the part we need. I believe it's easier to go to your local transmission shop, and give them your case numbers, and let them order the parts you need. thanks bill i thought it would be cheper to rebuild than get a new or used
