'91' XJ: running down to empty
 
How bad an idea is it to run an XJ down to empty? When I get near empty I can
hear the fuel pump cavitating (is this the right word) when
I accelerate or stop suddenly. It doesn't sound good.

Your using up some of it's life, it depends on being submerged for
cooling.

Your using up some of it's life, it depends on being submerged for
cooling.
