Re: '89 Cherokee Throttle Linkage
Update! Last night I went out to Jeep and tried tackling the problem
again. The first time I tried snapping the throttle linkage back on the throttle arm I was only using my fingers. Last night I used pliers and it snapped right back on with no problems. I started the Jeep up and found that it was reving fine. I got a little cocky and took it around the block and then at some point the throttle went back to its bad behavior and would not close. So, I had to turn the Jeep off and manually close it. So, I am stilling has this problem with the throttle linkage sticking. It seems to be sticking where the throttle linkage connects to the side of the motor. Re: '89 Cherokee Throttle Linkage
Put another return spring on it, it's required to run on a drag
