Re: 8" or 10" wheels

I'm having a difficult time finding something that on a TJ that'll
cut a tire: http://www.geocities.com/MotorCity/Lane/4886/rekit1.jpg
http://www.wanderingtrail.com/images...s/Dsc00879.jpg
http://www.jeeping.net/HowTo/DSCF0122.JPG Of course Real Jeeps just have
a flat frame and springs that they're supposed to rub against in flexing
over uneven terrain.

Hi Bill,

This might:

http://www.skidplates.com/images/sp-arm4.jpg

It is a stock lower control arm. Folded-over metal with two sharp edges
on the under side. Would be even more likely to cut a tire if it is bent
or frayed from trail contact. The arms you were looking at were
quality after-markets made from tubular steel.
