Your ignition switch is hot all the time, it may go through a
couple of connections like the solenoid and fuse block, but that's a
"yes" it's connected to the battery.

Your ignition switch is hot all the time, it may go through a
couple of connections like the solenoid and fuse block, but that's a
"yes" it's connected to the battery.

Your ignition switch is hot all the time, it may go through a
couple of connections like the solenoid and fuse block, but that's a
"yes" it's connected to the battery.

After followinmg this thread I think someone needs to consult a wiring
diagram, perhaps this '73 has been subjected to the typical hack jobs many
of it's brothers & sisters have suffered over the past 30+ years.

diagram, perhaps this '73 has been subjected to the typical hack jobs many
of it's brothers & sisters have suffered over the past 30+ years.

Good post Lee. Just wanted to add that the smaller wire coming off the starter
solenoid, supplying the ign switch with B+, must use a fusible link at the
solenoid.
