7 slot grille?

"The unique look of the Jeep seven-slot grille has never gone away. It's the
calling card for the ultimate off-road vehicle."

Ummm....
I can remember the ZJ having 8 slot grilles for 3 years, and the XJ having 10
slots.
I'm not trying to be a jerk, but do they really think they always had 7 slot
grilles?
