2005 models???
 
Tell me it ain't so...I just heard that there will be no more Wranglers (as we
know and love 'em) starting in 2005. Damn Feds!!!!!

I believe the demise of jeep by Daimler is just a part of their
plan, a pay back for obliterating the nazis in W.W. II, which the Jeep
was largely responsible our victory. The Wrangler's change to
independent suspension, V6, and composite bodies would have nothing to
do with conforming to our American Federal laws, safety or economically.

From what I've read, the only major change on tap for 2005 is retiring
the I-6 engine for the Libby's V-6, and maybe adding that composite hard
top. IFS is up for a year or two after that, but only Dieter knows for
sure, the punk. Even so, 2004 is the last model year I'll ever hope to
buy.

top. IFS is up for a year or two after that, but only Dieter knows for
sure, the punk. Even so, 2004 is the last model year I'll ever hope to
