I have a 2000 Sport with 60,000 miles. The transfer case rear output seal leaked
at 8,000 miles and the drivers power window went at 14,000.Both repaired under
warranty.No further problems.

I have a 2000 with 67,000 miles. Only thing I've done is change the fluids,
and tires. Runs like a champ. I did have the hood Cherokee badge
delaminate, but it is under a bug deflector anyway.

I've got a 2000 Sport with 102000km and I love it. I wouldn't trade it
for anything.
