1946 Mystery jeep

Did they make a 1946 jeep that was a coupe, almost like a truck cab
with regular doors and "bump" trunk?

Civilian Jeeps didn't come with a top. There were many aftermarket
manufacturers, though: http://www.film.queensu.ca/CJ3B/Hardtop.html

Fraudulent Tax Reporting

My bills of sales are boxed in the year they were entered into my
tax receipts, It would take hours to go though this year's receipts, let
alone going back ten years. Of course you never making enough to pay
taxes, you wouldn't know about that.
