'02 Grand Cherokee Drivers seat memory reset
I have just got an '02 Grand Cherokee without an owners manual. How do
I reset the drivers seat so that it stays where I position it. When I take the key out of the ignition it goes to the full back position! Thanks -- Spock |
Re: '02 Grand Cherokee Drivers seat memory reset
Using the remote you only use, and if you have the option go to
your overhead console http://www.wjjeeps.com/evic.htm then step through until you get to "easy exit" and toggle it on. Re: '02 Grand Cherokee Drivers seat memory reset
Thanks Bill, the link you posted gave me the information that I needed.
All is now clear, well almost. I think I will either have to disable the feature or remember to lock the car each time I remove the key. Re: '02 Grand Cherokee Drivers seat memory reset
I vote disable it, I was damn near squash when a friend used his
wife's remote, and I got in to see if I could fit in their new Lincoln LS. My Thunderbird's stopped working long ago, they do like three hundred pounds.
