[OT] flattened spammer nads.

Looks like the US Gov finally started to take action.

Reading that was almost as much fun as going
offroading... almost..

Yes it only takes them 3 years or more to get the crooks.
And even then it almost always ends in nothing more than a promise to stop
and refund of the few dollars the spammer has in his bank account.
Yes, let's spend thousands of dollars to get a 16 million dollar settlement
against a relatively off-the-radar spambag like Howard Carmack who can
barely afford a Happy Meal.
And the worst, most well-known crooks like Ralsky and Empire Towers and
Marin and others are still ignored by authorities.

I have to hope they are working those as well. :/

Personally I'd love to pull the trigger on Ralsky and ilk.
If it wasn't for that pesky legal issue.

Actually, if you'd care to write a good Windoze virus, I could
turn you in, and we could split the reward Bill Gates is offering
for virus writers...

Many of the viruses and trojans out there these days are for use by
spammers. Bust the spammers and you can probably get the authors.
