Winter Rims
I need steel rims for my new winter tires. I went to a Canadian Tire and they said they only have multi-fit rims which will fit but the center hole in the rim where the hub is might be larger as it is designer for many vehicle types. So my question is does the hole need to be tight around the hub of my Liberty? If so where do I go to find the proper steel rims?

Re: Winter Rims
Funny first I have ever heard of this, I always had the impression it was a snug fit, all my rims are this way.I'd be more inclined to get the proper rims then fool around with something that wasn't meant for your jeep. Try national4wd they have a website the rims are usually around $50 each, or there are other 4by4 stores in and ard Toronto. Phone the dealer maybe he has a special on rims.

Re: Winter Rims
Almost all the aftermarket rims have larger center holes than the original rims. It's no problem at all.

Re: Winter Rims
Got my rims at CT and the center hole fits the hub perfectly. Everything in centerd as it should be. They call these Hub Centric rims. I guess you can also buy hub centric rings if your center hole is larger.
