I disagree....you need to point out his mistake.....??? And if he doesnt listen my friend then escalate to Chrysler....
Again I dunno, maybe Im off the rails here. But I do know you are the master of your own demise....if you do nothing, you get nothing....
My husband has been in this car business for 30 years and my Dad before him....you will never change them....but they will address all customers concerns, once they know.
