noisy brake in front only when wet
 
When I start on damp morning thumping in front brake .Touch the peddle it goes away on dry day it is not there . go throught pothole it comes back . calibers not stuck lots of pad . Dont feel like worped rotor. not pulsating

Could be back brake plate. Also glazing. Try backing up at moderate speed a few times with light to heavy application to stop over 150 feet.
If it continues, take it to a brake specialist and have them check rotor, fluid condition,piston/sliders etc.

Glazed up rotors and pads as previously mentioned. I installed new good quality pads and rotors all around on my wifes Liberty and no more issues!
