Canada Heater problem

I have Jeep Liberty 2003 with a 3.7 engine.
I don't have heat coming out of my heater, I change the thermostat last Saturday, top it off after and run it and bleed it seem to be a little better but not enough at -20 degree ..... the compressor for the ac is clicking on and off but it's been like that for a long time and it was ok.
I need some advise for the next step.
Thank you.

I don't know where the cannister is on the Liberty (might be in wheel well or under hood) find it and check the lines from it to make sure they are not cracked. I am guessing that its run by compression and if there is a leak (cracked line) it won't work correctly.
Also check the hoses to and from the rad to see if there warm or not could be blockage preventing
