snow? who cares!

I love my new jeep. Had a snow storm this morning and the drive looked really bad for little cars. It is very nice for them to put on their hazard lights and pull over to let a real vehicle pass. Peace of mind is owning a jeep.

Going is never the issue, I have 4 tires at the minimum tread indicator and it still takes off like its bare pave... its stopping and turning that you've got to be worried about... what lies under the snow you have to worry about...

just dont be that guy that drives like a dink because your vehicle is more capable... its everyone else on the road you need to worry about

I hope you made sure the "car" driver was okay. We don't drive vehicles. We drive JEEPS. If someone is stuck, they might need a little help. Don't be a douche and fly by. :CALLIN:

The car was perfectly fine and drove behind me after that. You have to realize that the top speed was around 40 km. I am the guy behind the snow plow for like 20 km and not the guy passing the snow plow. It's just nice to feel safe on the road and not white knuckled like my other vehicle. That's all I was getting at.

I enjoy seeing the 4x4 pickups in the ditch... And agree... Don't be the guy who flies by... Drive by slow and make sure people are ok... After all... It's not the 4x4 that makes a safe ride for me... It's the steel bumpers!

Came home from the islands and when the airport (Toronto) shuttle dropped me off at my Jeep, the hotel's plow had my jeep buried in a 4 foot drift. After digging my way to the door, I popped her into 4 wheel hi and waltzed her right out to the pavement. Lets see a Ford Focus do that!
