skid plates

What are the skid plates that come from the factory on a 2007 rubicon unlimited automatic,I bought mine used the dealer replaced the oil pan said it was rusted looked under today no skid plate on the oil pan

there is no oil pan skid from the factory. there is trans skid,tcase skid and gas tank skid and i think thats it. if your looking for an oil pan skid, benchmark designs makes a really nice heavy duty replacement oil pan.

does the trans skidplate also cover the transfercase

nope, the tcase has its own skid
