Hi
I have a new patriot 2012 limited 4x4 . I have notice that when I turn my left indicator light on the left running light turns off and the right running light remains on. Also the reverse when I have the right turning indicator on the right running light turns off and the left running light stays on . My dealership says this is normal with the patriots . Can anybody confirm that is so .

Yes this is correct, a lot of Jeep/Dodge vehicles have this feature. My Cherokee does it and my wifes Nitro R/T
