Rear Seat Removal & Cargo Net?

Hey guys,

Happy new year!

2 questions for ya.

1. Is it real hard to remove the rear seat in my 08 sahara 2 door?
2. Where would I find a cargo net for back there once the seat is removed?

I just bought a house and never took into account when I bought the jeep what a pain it would be putting groceries and what not in there, ha ha.

Thanks

Chris

No it's not hard to remove it. Just pull back on the release bar, tilt forward and lift.As for the cargo net...idk....ebay, craigslist maybe?

For a cargo net, I went to Cdn Tire and bought a roof rack (soft) cargo bag with a tie down net. This system is designed to go on top of a van or small SUV but the cargo net is perfect for completely covering the rear of your jeep (with seat removed). It comes with large plastic hooks so you have to install carbineers into the hardtop bolt holes for the middle hooks, otherwise just loop the hook around the roll bar and hook it back on itself. I've never used the bag but it's quite large and waterproof so you could chuck stuff in it you want to keep dry when running a bikini.

Double vote for Dirty Dog Nets. Its what I have, very tough stuff and he stands behind his product 100%. One of the main Jeep netting guys out there, sells them on ebay and a lot of 4x4 stores worldwide :)
