No Sahara Tan for 2012??
 

Ordered my 2012 Rubi last week and the stealership told me that Sahara Tan is not availiable in 2012.

My second choice was the dark Forrest green.

Anyone know if this is true?

I just traded in my 2007 for a 2012 Sahara Tan Sahara Unlimited.

I think the colour is rare compared to others is all.

There's a nice bright ORANGE one at the St Basile Chrysler - That would be rare if not different.. you'd find it in a crowded parking lot real easy.

They have stopped production on Sahara Tan. It is no longer available at this point.

odd as they have it listed as a colour option in the 2012 brochure as well.

Actually, Sahara Tan is only available for the first 2 months of production for 2012 models. They do come up with a bunch of new colors. The gecko and the dozer looks interesting.

Ran into the same problem looking for a Detonator Yellow Sahara in 2011, production was completed for that colour before I could order one, gotta take one from what they made and hope they made one to your specs. Think I found the only 2d Sahara in Canada, had to check from BC to NS to find it.

They stop the use of the Tan paint I heard because it is made in Japan and they don't want the Jeeps to glow in the dark. :biggrin:

I bought a Dozer love it. Next choice would be Crush, then maybe Gecko.
