Canada Newbie with some questions

Hi,

Me and my wife are seriously considering purchasing a new 2013 sahara unlimited.

We are fairly sold on one as our lifestyle includes alot of time outdoors and offroad(hunting, fishing, camping, and geocaching and just exploring). However we do have to young kids 3 years and 8 months and we are wondering how many of you use unlimiteds as family daily drivers and what kind of inconveniences do you endure as a result if really any.

thanks for any feedback.

We bought a new 2010 three years ago and just upgraded to a 2013. We have 3 kids. A minivan may be better during the occasional back seat battle, but other than that we've had no issues at all. One thing that is really nice is the width of the rear doors. When I pull into a parking spot, I don't have to worry about the kids door hitting the adjacent vehicle, as when its open, they don't stick out as far as the front doors. You don't have to worry about that yet, but you will!

Just bought a 2013 JKU (first jeep) and I keep a baby seat in the back for our grandchild, the height of the jeep makes it real easy to toss her in there and do up the buckles. She loves it because she can see out the windows.

I traded Altima SER and my 2000 TJ for new 2012 JK, Yes there is small cons when using it as daily driver such as Kids have to climb up, some loss of comfort ride. I have twin boys 6 yrl old and we are all happy about JK.
