Re: New JK
I have different waves for different jeep encounters.
The standard wave; either the left or right hand full palm forward slight side to side motion For a heavy modified jeep; The out the window or missing door wave. Some times with a hang loose hand gesture. If the driving conditions won't allow a full wave you might get a left hand fingers up from the steering wheel. For those non jeep divers that have done something stupid well they get a less friendly hand gesture Don't give up the tradition . PS. Some of the new owners may suffer from premature wave, or trying to adjust to the new vehicle. |

Re: New JK
Checked my dealer in Mississauga. If it is Yellow, it has mellowed. It is a 2010. Not available as a 2011 option.
My two cents on the body coloured hard top. PFFFFFT. NOT a Jeep thing. :lol_hitting: |
Re: New JK
I too will wave forever...education is the only way for those who bought a Jeep just to own one.
True Jeep enthusiasts are Jeep lovers. I am always thrilled for people when they get their first, second or tenth Jeeps and are dying to show them off. I have been a Jeep owner since getting my first vehicle. An 87 Jeep Cherokee Laredo that was left to me. (should have never sold it). Then my 85 Jeep CJ7, (which I still own, but isn't running at this time), and my Grand Cherokee Ltd, which I sold a few years ago. Last year we bought a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited.....but that is my wife's and now I've got a real bad itch to get my CJ redone. Or get an 07 or 08 2dr std Rubicon. Only thing getting in the way is $$$$$$$. My kids will own Jeeps when they begin to drive, and they will be taught to wave. I find a lot of people still wave on the highway, but it's not so common in town which is understandable since I live in a very small community. My two cents. Love your Jeep. |

My kids think it's a blast, they wave too. Always on the look out, they know the drill. Most of my waves are in town, very very few on the highway.?? What the?? Well put...Love Your Jeep! |

I own a 2010 unlimited rubicon. I always wave, but don't always get them back. I find a lot of women don't wave. whats the deal with that?
