MYGIG install
Just replaced the RES basic unit with an RBZ (non-nav touch screen with 30 gig). Wow too easy. 8 screws, 4 clips. Unplug, plug in, and time was auto. That was amazing. Downloading the first CD.

I have the MyGig with Nav.. Love being able to load music in and not have to worry about CDs.
FYI If you ripp your CDs into mp3 format and then load them from a jump drive, it works much better and you can load about 4x as many songs.

Yup, Huge MyGIG fan here too. Really does blow my mind a hard drive in your Jeep.
I must give Jeep credit, having played with other 'NAVI/Harddrive" types in other vehicals, the MyGIG is really nice, user friendly, and stable.
AND, the option price dropped from last year for those sitting on the fence....do it! No more fussing with CD's, free's your hand to you can wave to other Jeepers :)

Got mine off the Eurogig guy selling on eBay but I bought it from his website ($20 cheaper). I had a question and got a response by phone within 1 hour. 350 + 30 shipping US$ to Mississauga, ON and used Paypal for safety. Duty was $30 Canadian paid at the post office including brokerage cause I had him use USPS. Removed the basic unit, installed the new RBZ in no time. I checked the # on the unit as well, and it was specific for my 2010 Wrangler.

Took a while but got the uconnect module for $200. 10 minutes to install and $55 for a dealer flash. Works great. Debating where the final install of the mic is gonna be. I don't like the A pillar location so i am testing it by the volume **** by the head unit (RBZ).
