Default Mojave Edition 2012

Is Mojave Edition available in Canada, it's not listed on Jeep.ca website!

Also...I can't believe that heated seats are NOT an available option on the Sport. Ridiculous!!

You may get heated seats as a dealer installed option..

I was wondering about that, because I see some Sports on the dealers lot that have the Rubicon wheels & tires. So just because it's not offered/listed on Jeep.ca as an option does not necessarily mean it's unavailable? I don't (think) I need a Rubicon but I also don't like the 18" wheels or two tone bumpers on the Sahara. A Sport with Rubi wheels, a few options, and heated seats would fit the bill nicely though!

The silver panels on the Sahara bumper come off with a couple of screws leaving a standard black bumper and if you like Rubi wheels you can have the dealer put them on a Sahara as well.
But in all honesty, if you are going to wheel it at all just get a Rubicon to start with. Especially if you start to mod it, you'll wish you had of gotten the Rubi with 4.10 gears..
I will be trading my 08 Sahara in on a Rubi within the next month or so..

Interesting! So does that silver panel on back bumper of '12 come off too, or just the front?
I don't see much wheeling beyond forest access/logging roads ( some abandoned ) but this would also be my primary DD. It's not about the money, is a Rubi as good a DD as Sahara or Sport?

Both plastic panels come off, problem with the back is the half dozen hex headed screws that hold the upper lip in place are impossible to remove because the top of the bump is sooo close to the body you can't get anything into the gap to remove them, short of removing the whole rear bumper.

Not sure about the newer ones but the 08 I was able to get an angled phillips head screwdriver (looks like an allen key) into the gap and get the back panel off.
