Interior lights

Hi all, I've finally ventured into the Jeep way of life and bought a 2007 Wrangler Unlimited X. Pretty much the best vehicle I've ever had and the very first one I ever picked out on my own.

So far I've strapped on a few accessories and I'm learning as I go. I'm going to do my best to keep her very plain jane with the exception of a personality based side hood decal.

My question to all of you gurus is that I've noticed while driving at night the interior lights are not very bright and in some spots I'm certain there should be a light but there's nothing to be seen and it's just dark. Basically I'm wondering if there should be lights in these spots:
Power window switch - these 4 switches sit in a cluster in the middle of the dash between the vent but at night you have to find them by touch should these light up?
Automatic transmission area. Should the PRND area have a light in it? Same for the 4 wheel drive lever?

If there should be lights there I'm sure I'm adept enough to pull the panels and insert new bulbs, just wondering if there should be bulbs and what the replacement size/part number would be. I imagine I'd be able to find them at Canadian Tire or something similar.

Thanks for your help
Millsy

Driver power window should light up mine stopped working no big deal, 4x4 no light and PRND it's on the cluster only.

Thanks very much. I was just assuming there should be lights down there on the shifters but all is good.

As soon as the doors are off (only 6+months to go) the power window switches won't matter anyway.

That's right imo. And in the daylight I can't even read the speedometer. Should be black on white rather than white on black. Guess that they didn't spend too much time thinking about such things eh?
