I got my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport In Febuary. Transmission and or Clutch.

I got my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport 6 Speed Manual In February. Everything Pretty good so far however Yesterday I was stuck in traffic in the middle of a turn and I couldn't get it into Gear i pumped the clutch and got it into gear. It made a bit of a noise. Now at low speed's when the clutch is partially engaged makes odd sounds when reversing and 1st gear. I am wondering what the problem could be. Also after words I got an Oil changed realized I was 3/4 of however when I checked the oil a few days prior everything looked fine to me based on all the other cars I've driven I've never seen one that looks full when its not. But after I had the oil changed I got to see what it is supposed to look like and its seems it just looks fuller and full. And of course obviously cleaner. It was still quarter above minimum. I was recommended to do Transmission/Front & Rear Diff Fluids cause they looks really dirty. The vehicle has 105515 KM on it. So I figured what the hell lets get it done considering on a quick google search to know when to change training possible grinding sounds when shifting. Looks like it was never done on the vehicle. Tech said that the manufacturer recommends every 50 000 k's. When they changed the fluid they showed me that it had quite a bit of metal shards in the front and rear diff. Wondering if this is a sign that the Transmission and or Clutch are going. Since it only happens to be when at low speed were it would stall if the clutch is not engaged. It might help diagnose the problem. Also after the fluid change the odd grinding noise is quieter. I don't want to take it a mechanic then get hosed. Any help would be appreciated.

I figure this information might help I was taking another look at the inspection report from the dealer ship where I bought it. And these things were recommended or differed. Not Sure how much of these would be in tandem with this problem.
The Rear Differential Service on the Vehicle Inspection Report was not done by the Dodge Dealership. (This is Probably the start of the problem I am still worried that I now have bigger problems with possibly clutch and or Transmission) As I have been doing research if the problem is really bad It can also damage the transmission and clutch.
Also in the notes on the inspection report Things that weren't done include Inspecting Ignition Wires and Spark Plugs.
Cluster Lens Cracked - Recommendation is to replace Inst Cluster Len.
Transmission Shifter Knob Cracked - Recommendation Replace Transmission Shifter Knob. (Not sure if this will be a problem)
Center Console Handle Missing(its actually partially broken but it works) - Recommendation Replacing Lid Center Console(I will probably also deffer it) since its plastic the lock is useless.
Large Oil Leak - Recommendation Replace Engine Oil Cooler, Intake Seals, New Coolant and Clean.
Casting Sand in Coolant Overflow Bottle - Recommendation Drain Coolant and Back Flush Cooling System and add New Coolant.
Also Brakes probably need to be done. It was recommended on it 3 months ago. I don't here any squeelling like i would in my old brakes in my old vehicles i no longer have when they got low. So they probably have a bit life left.

Actually it is safe to drive. Also the clutch problem seems to be intermittent so I'll defer that for now. I just did the rear brakes this morning and 1 of the calipers was seized the fronts are great. Also I did all the fluids last week. Means I can save some money for a bit.
