Engine Temp Gauge Not Working
I have a 2014 JK that is couple of months old. This morning I was driving around and noticed the needle on the temp. gauge was pointing to the "C" on the Gauge but the air was hot coming out of the vents....it wasn't adding up. I shut off the engine and the needle dropped just below the "C" to it's normal resting place. When I restarted the Engine the needle popped right up to mid-scale at the normal running temp. Now it seems fine again. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

I had the same thing happen a couple of days ago. I did the same thing as you and everything was normal again. I have a 2013 JK unlimited.
