looking for a replacement egr valve. I haven't seen many parts places that have the actual valve....lots of gaskets though. figured the dealership would be the last choice.

 

My EGR valve went out on May 1 and I was told that 4000 on back order and I won't get one for a month or longer. I checked some other forums and found that dealers in States saying there are 7000 on back order there and none available through after market Napa, Pepboys etc.

 

I got a diablo tuner and changed the tune....and what do you know....the engine code went away. Short of getting that, changing to higher octane may do it too. I'm still playing around but that code hasn't come back.
