Any sense are to were it's leaking? Drain plug, filter, ....? Are you going to the same place for service each time?

In some cases the product and hardware is only as good as the 'Installation"...holds true for anything IMO.

I understand the time issue. Maybe next time you are checking your oil have a quick peek, this will give you amo to chat to your one dealer in town. When you do go in next time, I'd be pretty direct with them let them know you are not a happy customer, and let them know their objective is to fix it and send you on your way happy...otherwise like you say a call to their head office is next on your list.

A single dealer in a smaller town I don't think what's to be on the radar as giving poor customer service.

Oh, and have the number handy when you pick your Jeep up, still leaking....call the number from their showroom, speak loudly. :)

Good luck bro.

Default leaker found

the dealership have a contractor that finds vehicle leaks, well he almost gave up and the leak was found.
When you remove the plastic door jamb (3 feet long) there are 3 dowel like push plastic bolts with a washer one of these near the fron inside door edge was bend possibly meaning it was not in the hole and the water was dribbling from this hole on to the floor under the black factory foor mat.
He put some sealant on the washer and made sure the dowel plastic pin was pushed in the hole.
The factory applied this in a rush ,just push it on might not have fir the best but push it on.
So we'll see next hard rain .
The jeep was hosed down and no leaks, mind a hose could not make it leak before but it did show up finally
The one picture shows the wet foor about the size of a hand
