BB's for Balancing my 33's
So I've been reading up on balancing tires and such as I have some vibration coming from my Mickey Thompsons. I am going to try to add BB's in the tire to see if that will work.
So my question is this: If I deflate the tire, would there be enough room between the side wall the rim for me to add the BB's? Or do I need to unmount the whole tire? I was going to use Dynabeads, however, it doesn't look like I can use their applicator in the valve stem since I have TPMS. Also...any other advice/suggestions? Any feedback on using this method? TIA |

Re: BB's for Balancing my 33's
I run balancing beads (kal tire brand, whatever they are) 8oz bags in my 315/70/17 Trail Grapplers and i dont have one single shimmy or vibration, i will never run static or sticky weights again.
If you deflate the tire and break the bead you should be able to slide the bag of beads in. I will find out what brand of beads we use.. you would think being a Kal Tire employee i would know this LOL |
