2011 Unlimted Sahara - Taking of the Soft Top

So I got screwed last night....but at least I got screwed getting another Jeep. Long story short, I am picking up a 4 door Sahara.

I got it with the dual top, however, is there a way to take off the softtop without taking off the hard top?

TIA

Apparently it has been done.... but there was a scratch or two as a result. Taking off the hard top is pretty easy for two people..... bite the bullet on Saturday and ask the wife for a hand :)

Just removed my soft top with hard top still in place.
Remove all the Torx bolts and prop the hard top up on "10 blocks of wood.
It took me about an hour by my self.

^ dude with the weather we've been having,

haha..that's awesome. Such an easy solution....but I wouldn't rest the supports on the rear lights. If you have ever taken them apart before and looked what's holding them in, you would not be placing them on the lights. But nice solution.

As for Billy's comment...probably lack of storage.
