I am currently pricing up costs to swap the 3,8 for the 3.6 and am having costs issues from the quotes.

So far 2 shops say it will take 50 hrs to swap the engines but online most mechanics say 12-20 hours tops.

I have found a company that makes a custom 2018 3.6l computer harness to the 2011 3.8l dash harness that is complete plug and play. (RPM Extreme) Only programing switching the 2011 VIN number into the 2018 computer

The owner has preformed this exact swap with no issues and can supply the harness and instructions in 12 weeks. (He's busy)

Does anyone know a shop that may be more intelligent about swapping Jeep engines and isn't on a learning curve.
