i have a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude (Laredo) i recently had the rear glass changed (long story) The lift and shocks are good as it opens and closes, however it wont latch closed. You can hear the motor trying to latch shut but it wont. I was told to take out the trunk related fuse, and then put it back in. I tried that twice waiting about 30 seconds then 1 minute before putting it back in. Still didnt work. Was told by someone that the trunk module might need to be reprogramed. Any thoughts? Should i just take it to the dealership? Thanks!
