Tranny issues...

Hey guys I have 95 Grand Cherokee limited with the 4.0l. I'm having some odd tranny problems. When I start to drive it when it's cold it drives fine, but as soon as it starts to warms up it seems like it go's in and out of gear and then it just stop moving completely once it's warmed up. And the odd thing about it is that tranny fluid doesn't smell or look burnt at all..
I'm new to the whole jeep thing and was wondering if anyone had similar problems and had some pointers. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Pat
