Default Rear Defroster & heated mirrors not working

In my 02 Ltd Wk the rear defroster and heated mirrors dont work, I know on most vehicles the two are linked. Are they on the Jeep? I've checked the fuses, but I feel it's in the wiring harness or connected wiring where the problem lies, all the electrics in that corner of the center console don't work ( cig lighter, heated seat sw, defroster) any suggestions on where to begin would be greatly appreciated

Yes they are linked, if the fuses are good check the relay box under the hood.

Check the diagram, pull the relay for the rear defroster and the horn, put the horn relay in the RD position and see if it works.
