I would yes - are they both coil springs or leaf springs so you don't have a reprosition the spring seats but if you want a quick reply call Chrsyler and ask them. If "CrazyWJ242" see this post I am sure he will be able to give you a straight answer.

2001 should be a wj. The steering arrangement and track bar are different. Some of them have a different bolt pattern also. You can make anything fit onto anything but I doubt this would be a direct bolt in.

haha, yeah i've owned both ZJ's and WJ's... they are not drop in replacements with one another... but as mentioned you can make just about anything fit...

the main pieces that are different are the Knuckles... ZJ's attach the drag link to the inner tie rod, and steering stabilizer attaches to this aswell... WJ's use a totally different system... the drag link to the right knuckle, the tie rods are attached to one another... this is the preferred knuckle for offroaders as if you flip the ends, you gain a few inches of clearance, you can use a beefier inner tie rod...

Now i cant for the life of me remember if the inner C's are different sizes (this would affect the CV Joints that you would use... but of course you can make anything fit)

swaybar links are a bit different, and i think the trackbar and steering stabilizers are basically in the same locations... i never pulled a tape measure on these so i dont know, but their relatively in the same location... ZJ axle only bolts to the swaybar link on one side...

And if its a 2001 XJ... im not sure what axle it uses lol...

C's are slightly different size and the spring plates are different sizes to as the springs on the ZJ are smaller.
